4. Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided. Delivery times are generally instant but may vary due to technical issues or security verifications.
You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address and ensuring your email settings allow receipt of our digital deliveries.
5. No Warranties
All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the digital product, and no refunds will be provided.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allure Technologies LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the digital products or violation of this Agreement.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update or modify this EULA at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on GameCartel.store. Continued use of the digital products after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the US.
